This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee various end-to-end implementation projects for Paradox integrated with Workday.
• Collect business requirements and convert them into scalable solutions using Paradox.
• Configure and launch conversational AI, workflow automation, employee self-service, and business process solutions leveraging the Paradox platform.
• Design and implement integrations between Paradox and Workday.
• Work across several Workday modules, having experience in at least 2-3 modules such as: Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Learning, Compensation, Benefits, Absence Management, Time Tracking, Payroll (preferred).
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams in Workday to ensure smooth data flow and process automation.
• Assist in solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, and ongoing post-production support.
• Create integration specifications, data mapping documents, and technical documentation.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to implementation and integration.
• Offer suggestions on best practices, governance, and opportunities for optimization.
• Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer for stakeholders.
• Over 5 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years of direct experience with Paradox implementation.
• Must have completed more than 2 full implementations.
• Strong grasp of Workday architecture, business processes, and security frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with Workday integrations.
• Experience in gathering requirements, designing solutions, configuring, testing, and deployment.
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and client-facing consulting.
• Excellent communication skills and documentation proficiency.
• Preferred: Workday Certification in HCM, Integrations, or Recruiting.
• Experience in supporting enterprise-scale Workday environments.
• Previous consulting experience with Workday Partners or System Integrators.
• Experience with HR technology transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with Workday Extend and Prism Analytics is advantageous.
