Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee and facilitate the comprehensive delivery of services across various sales models, ensuring adherence to established timelines, scopes, and delivery standards.

• Manage the planning, execution, and rollout of Access-related initiatives and go-to-market strategies across multiple projects and workstreams.

• Monitor milestones, dependencies, and risks, proactively identifying challenges and driving prompt resolutions.

• Serve as a primary contact for delivery performance, service status updates, and issue escalation, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders.

• Define, track, and report on essential delivery metrics, including KPIs, SLAs, and milestone achievements.

• Lead continuous improvement efforts to boost delivery efficiency, consistency, quality, and scalability across Access models.

• Assist with governance, risk management, compliance, and change management tasks related to new or evolving Access sales models.

• Strong alignment with Pearson’s organizational culture and values.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Demonstrated experience in service delivery within a product, sales enablement, commercial, or technology-driven environment.

• Solid understanding of delivery governance and performance monitoring.

• Experience in matrixed, cross-functional settings and managing multiple priorities with diverse stakeholders.

• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Proficiency in both Spanish and English.

• Willingness to occasionally work in the Spain time zone as required.
