Implementation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take the lead on professional services projects with clients and partners, encompassing implementations, training, conversions, data configuration, and various billable services.

• Cultivate robust business relationships with clients by serving as a system expert, effectively onboarding customers, and ensuring project completion on schedule and within budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.

• Outstanding project planning abilities and capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering both in-house and remote training sessions.

• Proven capability to meet and surpass service standards and KPIs.

• Established track record of independently managing several projects while effectively resolving issues.

• Exceptional written and spoken communication skills; proficient presentation abilities.

• Excellent client relationship management skills.

• Experience collaborating with Product and QA teams to troubleshoot, test, and enhance products.

• Previous experience with agency systems or similar software/applications is preferred.
