This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, guiding them through the implementation process, answering inquiries, and fostering trust through effective communication and expert advice.
• Facilitate project kick-off meetings, outline timelines, and ensure clients have a clear understanding of all operational facets of their plans.
• Oversee the entire implementation lifecycle, from project planning to the go-live phase.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans that outline timelines, responsibilities, and milestones.
• Track progress, identify potential challenges, and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Regularly update internal stakeholders and client leadership to maintain transparency and alignment.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to introduce new features or integrations within the implementation workflow.
• Work with vendors and internal teams to manage intricate data transfers, eligibility information, and plan adjustments.
• Address challenges such as claims transfers and data inconsistencies to guarantee accurate and timely service delivery.
• Coordinate activities across internal departments, including operations, ETI, and compliance, to ensure successful implementations.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to enable seamless integration of solutions and services.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success and document lessons learned for future enhancements.
• Offer go-live support to ensure clients transition smoothly to new systems or processes.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, or a related field (master's degree is preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in implementation, client onboarding, or healthcare operations within a software delivery model.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects with precision and accountability.
• Capability to manage and lead effectively during periods of organizational change and transformation.
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to connect software capabilities to client KPIs and strategic objectives.
• Outstanding leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Technical and operational proficiency in areas such as data exchange, eligibility workflows, or healthcare integration.
• Proven ability to anticipate risks, navigate uncertainty, and independently drive results.
• Experience with CRM, EMR/EHR systems, Gateways, and analytics tools (e.g., Salesforce, EPIC, Meditech, etc.).
