• Configure and oversee Workday HCM modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, and Recruiting, as well as Financials modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Procurement.
• Create and manage Workday business processes, condition rules, notifications, and security settings.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and analytics utilizing Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Composite Reports, and Prism Analytics.
• Assist with tenant configuration modifications and deployment activities across various Workday environments.
• Diagnose and offer support for Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio integrations.
• Facilitate Workday semi-annual release updates, regression testing, feature assessments, and adoption strategies.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance stakeholders to convert business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
• Oversee Workday security roles, domains, and user access configurations.
• Maintain system documentation, which includes configuration workbooks, testing scripts, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support for Workday application issues and assist end-users with troubleshooting.
• Aid in implementation, enhancement, and post-production optimization projects.
• A minimum of 4 years of Workday administration experience in supporting HCM and/or Financials environments.
• A current Workday Pro certification in at least one module (HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Financials, Reporting, etc.).
• Experience in supporting Workday implementation, optimization, or post-production support initiatives.
• Extensive experience with Workday reporting tools, including Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Composite Reports.
• Knowledge of the Workday security framework, business processes, and role-based access controls.
• Experience supporting Workday integrations such as EIBs, Core Connectors, or Workday Studio.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and capability to collaborate with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
