Leasing Financial Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Furnish financial analysis, lease administration, and portfolio management assistance to the Leasing team.

• Create, maintain, and generate various reports and analyses utilized on a daily basis.

• Monitor all lease renewals and other related actions.

• Evaluate status and collaborate with the Leasing team to achieve departmental objectives.

• Work closely with the Leasing team to produce analyses, share information, and support the overall leasing process.

• Draft Letters of Intent (LOI) while collaborating with the Leasing team for research and support.

• Process, compile, and help present the final economic deal terms to the Real Estate Committee.

• Aim for continuous enhancement, drive metrics, and implement cost-effective processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in lease administration, finance, property management, or a similar area.

• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
