Executive Assistant – CFO

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee the calendars for the CFO and the leadership team, meticulously scheduling and coordinating meetings across various time zones.

• Prepare materials for Board and Executive meetings, document minutes, and monitor action items through to their completion.

• Manage travel arrangements, create itineraries, and handle expense management with a keen eye for detail and confidentiality.

• Serve as a liaison between the Executive Committee, management, and broader teams, facilitating the coordination of distributed teams to guarantee alignment and effective execution of priorities.

• Monitor the progress of initiatives, ensuring timely follow-up on actions and commitments while establishing simple systems and processes to bring order to unstructured environments.

• Enhance team engagement and culture by organizing events, offsites, and team-building activities, proactively addressing needs, solving problems, and acting as a cultural ambassador with enthusiasm and positivity.

• Perform additional duties as necessary in line with the objectives of this role.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant role, supporting a CFO or in a senior administrative capacity, preferably in fast-paced or high-growth settings.

• Proven track record of supporting C-suite and board-level executives, with robust organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.

• Comfortable working with remote and distributed teams, providing clarity and structure to ambiguous and unstructured situations.

• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal, exhibiting a high degree of professionalism and discretion.

• Proficient in productivity software such as MS Office and other collaboration tools.

• High energy and a positive attitude, capable of fostering engagement and nurturing a connected team culture.

• Fluent in English.
