AVP, Financial Systems – Adaptive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with internal finance and accounting teams, along with business and IT partners.

• Identify, design, and implement opportunities to utilize AI functionality.

• Assess investment opportunities to foster new capabilities.

• Establish metrics to ensure the effectiveness of systems.

• Partner with leaders from other business segments for issue resolution.

• Assist in systems initiatives, ensuring alignment on requirements.

• Create comprehensive documentation of scope, business requirements, and other related materials.

• Ensure users receive training on current tools.

• Oversee, maintain, and enhance system integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a comparable field of study and experience.

• At least 6+ years of industry and/or relevant experience.

• Technical expertise in Workday, including knowledge of standard business processes, calculation fields, custom validations, APRs, security, and reporting.

• Experience in supporting a global organization.

• Comfortable and effective in a remote work environment.

• Ability to think strategically and establish direction.
