Junior Financial Analyst, Accounting – Pro Forma

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Development and enhancement of financial models and pro forma statements.

• Review, update, and improve existing pro forma financial templates.

• Ensure models maintain accuracy, flexibility, and alignment with business assumptions.

• Assist in scenario analysis and financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.

• Aid in the management of accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Document daily financial transactions in the general ledger.

• Reconcile bank statements to ensure all accounts are properly balanced.

• Support payroll processing along with all related statutory obligations.

• Prepare fundamental financial reports and assist with month-end closing processes.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.

• Collaborate with internal teams and coordinate with external auditors and accountants as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• 0–2 years of experience in bookkeeping or providing accounting support.

• Familiarity with accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, MYOB, or similar applications.

• Strong numerical and analytical capabilities.

• High attention to detail and accuracy.

• Effective communication and organizational skills.

• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
