Workday HCM Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation and configuration of Workday HCM in alignment with internal needs.

• Facilitate sessions to gather requirements and convert business demands into functional specifications.

• Set up Workday modules including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Time Tracking.

• Work collaboratively with technical teams for integration and data migration efforts.

• Deliver training to end-users and create comprehensive system documentation.

• Diagnose system issues and provide continuous support after implementation.

• Ensure adherence to HR policies and data security protocols.

• Keep abreast of Workday updates and propose system enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of practical experience with Workday HCM.

• Demonstrated success in executing Workday implementations.

• Strong grasp of HR processes and workflows.

• Outstanding communication and stakeholder management abilities.

• Analytical approach coupled with effective problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with Workday tools such as EIB and Report Writer.

• Knowledge of data migration and integration strategies.

• Capability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams.

• Understanding of regional localization and compliance requirements.
