This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee the comprehensive implementation of the platform for top online retailers, engaging with clients to collect and analyze business, technical, and data requirements while supporting solution design, including data models, integrations, and API utilization.
• Assist customers throughout the onboarding, testing, and go-live processes, ensuring seamless platform adoption and creating clear technical documentation for both clients and internal teams.
• Offer daily technical consulting and support after go-live, helping customers with platform configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing enhancements.
• Aid customers in advancing their platform usage by implementing technical upgrades and advising on platform functionalities, data structures, integrations, and best practices.
• Propel optimization initiatives by leveraging technical expertise to meet evolving customer demands and enhance platform performance.
• Conduct training and enablement sessions for both business and technical stakeholders, ensuring that teams are prepared to maximize the platform's value.
• Foster strong, trusted relationships with customer stakeholders throughout all implementation phases and ongoing interactions.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, Sales, and other internal teams to guarantee successful delivery and sustained platform adoption.
• Experience in Digital or Technical Consulting within a SaaS or eCommerce setting.
• High proficiency in Gen AI to facilitate quicker and more effective outcomes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with structured data formats such as XML, CSV, or JSON.
• In-depth understanding of APIs, integrations, and contemporary SaaS architectures.
• Experience with technical integrations, scripting, development environments, or DevOps methodologies.
• Awareness of how technical configuration and optimization of digital platforms can enhance key business KPIs.
• Exceptional client-facing communication and presentation abilities.
• Capability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
