Workday Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Deliver functional consulting, configuration, and support for Workday HRMS modules, which include Advanced Compensation, Compensation, Time Management, and Absence Management.

• Collaborate with HR, business users, and IT teams to collect requirements and convert business needs into effective Workday solutions.

• Configure, test, and implement Workday enhancements, business processes, and system updates.

• Diagnose and resolve functional issues related to Workday modules and integrations.

• Conduct impact analysis and suggest best practices for process enhancements.

• Assist with Workday releases, updates, and ongoing system maintenance tasks.

• Create and maintain functional documentation, test scripts, and training resources.

• Deliver user training and facilitate knowledge transfer to HR teams and end-users.

• Ensure data integrity, security, compliance, and adherence to organizational policies.

• Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide support during PST business hours.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of overall experience working with Workday HRMS solutions.

• Strong hands-on proficiency in: Workday Advanced Compensation.

• Workday Compensation.

• Workday Time Management.

• Workday Absence Management.

• Extensive experience in Workday configuration, business processes, security, and reporting.

• Deep understanding of HR operations and workforce management processes.

• Experience with Workday implementations, enhancements, and production support.

• Ability to analyze business requirements and recommend scalable Workday solutions.

• Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple priorities.

• Prior experience providing support to global teams or clients across PST time zones.
