Technical Consultant Trainee – Electronic Tax Documents

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Customer Support and Empowerment - Address low-complexity requests (chat and ticket), guiding customers on resolving their issues while fostering their independence for future scenarios.

• Scenario Analysis and Simulations - Aid in simulating scenarios and issues reported by customers, contributing to quick and effective resolutions.

• Improvement Proposals - Develop and propose enhancements and solutions to the Product Owner (PO), consistently aiming to advance our products and processes.

• Documentation and Support Reduction - Identify and implement enhancements to support and product documentation, ensuring customers can quickly find answers without needing to reach out for support.

• Validation and Development Support - Assist with validations and testing as needed, supporting the development team to uphold product excellence.

• Complete Ticket Validation - Ensure that all tickets submitted to the development team contain comprehensive simulations and necessary attachments to facilitate prompt analysis.

• SLA Compliance - Monitor and guarantee that established deadlines for each ticket are adhered to, preventing delays and rework.

⛳️ Requirements

• A strong passion for customer support and problem-solving.

• Experience with relevant tools (e.g., support platforms, ticket management systems, and XML/JSON editors).

• Basic understanding of electronic tax documents (e.g., NFe, NFCe, MDFe, CTe, and CTe OS).

• Fundamental knowledge of programming logic and databases to tackle daily challenges.

• Basic familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Delphi, C#, VB6, PHP, Java).

• Willingness to be available for on-call duties when needed.

• Basic understanding of REST APIs and their functionality (differential).

• Knowledge of eSocial/Reinf/Sped (differential).
