This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and clients, managing client relationships effectively.

• Conduct needs assessments to identify individual client requirements and ensure their satisfaction.

• Maintain open lines of communication, keeping clients updated on new benefits and developments.

• Enhance the current benefits portfolio and create innovative programs.

• Offer strategic consulting and perform systems analysis to devise innovative solutions aimed at boosting employee satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification.

• Several years of professional experience, preferably in key account management, project management, or customer success management.

• Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.

• Possess empathy, a confident demeanor, and assertiveness.

• Excellent communication skills, including clarity, persuasiveness, and strong presentation capabilities.

• Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented and organized approach.

• High level of organizational skills and a solid understanding of commercial/business principles.

• Proficiency in German and English at a business level.

• Strong project management skills and a keen interest in technical topics.
