This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Serve as the main technical contact for Partners.
• Deliver expert technical advice and product insights.
• Oversee, update, and enhance documentation, training resources, and user manuals.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new customers and Partners.
• Act as a bridge between Partners and Kainos PTA functions.
• Handle escalations and address platform-related challenges.
• Foster relationships with key stakeholders to ensure Customer Success.
• Certified in Workday HCM.
• Experience in consulting within professional services or a technology setting.
• Strong technical skills with practical knowledge of the Pay Transparency Analyzer (PTA).
• Familiarity with Workday implementations, including deployment, configuration, and tenant setup.
• Capability to convert customer requirements into operational solutions.
• Background in a technical, customer- or partner-facing position within a technology environment.
• Proven experience in creating and updating clear technical documentation and enablement materials.
• Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience working in an agile, technology-oriented, or Cloud SaaS environment.
