Senior Consultant – M365 Solution, Cloud Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Strategic consulting: You will guide our clients in formulating extensive strategies for Modern Work, Smart Work, and cloud solutions — transitioning from vision to a tangible roadmap throughout their cloud journey.

• Project leadership: You will assume the technical lead on client projects involving SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Copilot, information architectures, and various other cloud solutions.

• Stakeholder management: You will organize and facilitate workshops, alignment meetings, and decision-making sessions with business units, IT, and management.

• Teamwork: You will work closely with our internal consulting, engineering, and project teams, as well as with external technical partners.

• Innovation & development: You will keep an eye on the latest cloud, AI, and market trends, identifying innovative capabilities to enhance business processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree or vocational training in IT, business, engineering, or a related discipline.

• Several years of experience as a Consultant or Senior Consultant in Microsoft, Modern Work, or cloud environments.

• Strong expertise in Microsoft 365, especially SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Azure.

• Familiarity with cloud strategies, AI/Copilot, security standards, and ideally Graph API and PowerShell.

• Proven experience in client projects, leading workshops, managing stakeholders, and facilitating change for the adoption of new technologies.

• A structured, independent working style complemented by strategic thinking, and strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• High interpersonal skills, team-oriented, and the capability to convincingly drive innovation and new technologies within the team.

• Proficient in German and good command of English, along with a willingness to travel.
