This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Set up and manage Workday Recruiting along with associated HCM modules in accordance with business needs.
• Assist in the complete lifecycle of Workday projects, including implementation, enhancement, and optimization.
• Collect, analyze, and document both business and functional requirements.
• Create and configure recruiting workflows, which encompass job requisitions, candidate management, interview processes, and onboarding.
• Aid in testing efforts such as SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
• Identify and resolve functional issues and system defects within Workday Recruiting.
• Work in collaboration with integration and technical teams for managing inbound and outbound system interfaces.
• Offer production support while suggesting enhancements to processes and systems.
• Create functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.
• Lead stakeholder workshops, meetings, and conduct training sessions for end-users.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with Workday HCM, particularly in Recruiting.
• Practical experience in configuring and supporting Workday Recruiting.
• In-depth knowledge of Workday business processes, security measures, and reporting functionalities.
• Experience with end-to-end Workday implementation and enhancement initiatives.
• Understanding of integrations utilizing EIB, Workday Studio, or external systems.
• Familiarity with Core HCM and related modules, including Compensation, Talent, Onboarding, or Absence.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Available to start immediately, if feasible.
