This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation and configuration of Workday solutions for global clients.

• Cultivate customer relationships while designing and delivering solutions that cater to their needs, are suitable for their objectives, and are commercially viable.

• Offer consulting and insights while gaining a deep understanding of clients' businesses.

• Act as a subject matter expert in specialized capabilities, mentoring and guiding team members.

• Provide thought leadership and foster innovation and knowledge development within Kainos and the wider Workday community.

• Create and deliver products, services, and offerings that set Kainos apart in the market.

• Spot talent for accelerated development within the specialty area.

• Oversee, mentor, and develop teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in German.

• Extensive knowledge of Workday products, particularly in Financials or Payroll, along with a specialized capability.

• Experience as a Product Lead within the Workday ecosystem is preferred but not essential.

• Strong customer orientation with the ability to evaluate customer needs, build relationships, manage expectations, and handle escalations effectively.

• Exceptional consulting abilities, including leading large-scale workshops with multiple stakeholders and interacting with senior executives.

• Commercial awareness regarding utilization within a services organization and the significance of these targets.

• Professional qualifications, where applicable, are advantageous.

• Experience in managing, mentoring, and developing teams is a plus.
