Workday Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee the effective implementation of Workday solutions for clients

• Responsible for the complete delivery lifecycle

• Direct project planning, resource allocation, and ensure customer satisfaction

• Serve as the primary client liaison and provide domain expertise

• Recognize requirements, document business processes, and facilitate knowledge transfer.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing Workday within a consulting setting

• Workday PM Certification is required

• Comprehensive project management experience throughout the entire lifecycle

• Proficient in both Dutch and English

• Strong customer focus along with excellent relationship management abilities

• Commercial experience in managing teams across various geographical locations

• Knowledgeable in risk management with the capability to handle risks effectively
