
Workday Developer – Payroll, Time & Absence

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders from HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Finance.
• Design, configure, and provide support for Workday solutions.
• Optimize and configure Workday business processes.
• Assist in testing, validating, and deploying Workday updates.
• Resolve system issues and provide support to end users.
• Prepare and manage Excel files and EIB loads for large data modifications.
• Support data loads for special initiatives.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Workday Payroll.
• Proficient hands-on skills in configuring Workday Payroll.
• Extensive experience with Workday’s Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB).
• Functional expertise in mass data changes and uploads.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Capability to convert business requirements into technical solutions.
• Workday training and/or certifications are preferred, though not mandatory.
