Workday Data Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Prepare, format, and upload data into Workday utilizing standard migration tools such as EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builders) and iLoads.

• Collaborate with project leads and client templates to map legacy source data into Workday data collection workbooks.

• Execute validation cycles to detect, investigate, and resolve data load errors, formatting issues, and reconciliation discrepancies.

• Aid in the creation of data reconciliation reports to verify data accuracy to both the client and project team prior to go-live.

• Work closely with functional consultants (HCM, Payroll, and Financials) to ensure data is consistent with the configured tenant settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Workday Payroll Certification (Required)

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Workday data conversion, data analysis, or ETL processes (Required)

• Hands-on experience managing data loads for Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll (Required)

• Strong understanding of how to build, populate, and upload Workday inbound EIBs (Required)

• Proficiency in English (Required)
