Mid-level Pedagogical Performance Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver consulting services to designated partner schools within the assigned portfolio, addressing their specific needs through meetings with parents and students, as well as providing training and professional development for educators and management teams.

• Propose solutions to institutional challenges by utilizing expertise and conducting problem analysis, which includes meetings, workshops, training sessions, commercial scenario assessments, and initiatives aimed at enhancing outcomes.

• Cultivate partner retention and explore opportunities for expanding partnerships.

• Remain informed about the educational landscape, employment trends, and pertinent technologies through ongoing research and study.

• Provide both remote and/or on-site support for clients within the portfolio, efficiently managing the calendar to implement predefined action plans and scheduled services.

• Monitor portfolio health indicators, overseeing contract renewals, commercial negotiations, and cross-selling/up-selling strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• A postgraduate degree or MBA is preferred.

• A valid Category B driver’s license and willingness to travel is required.

• Familiarity with current educational legislation is essential.

• Understanding of Novo Ensino Médio (New High School framework in Brazil) is required.

• Knowledge of BNCC (Base Nacional Comum Curricular) is necessary.

• Awareness of ENEM (National High School Exam) is essential.

• Experience with the products provided by the Bernoulli education system is beneficial.
