Strategic Services Consultant – Implementations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead customized, value-driven customer implementation experiences across Sprout’s Core Platform, Employee Advocacy, and Influencer Marketing products.

• Guide clients through the Design, Setup, Training, and Validation phases of implementation.

• Oversee onboarding, change management, and the technical configuration of the platform.

• Establish project governance, ensure business continuity, and facilitate long-term customer success.

• Assist with technical implementation projects, including Service Cloud integrations.

• Collaborate with Customer Success Managers during post-implementation handoffs.

• Configure account architecture, user permissions, tagging taxonomies, and automated message routing rules.

• Utilize Kantata, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and authorized AI tools to manage timelines and deliverables.

• Provide training for both administrators and end-users on product usage.

• Standardize templates, workflows, and enablement materials for consistency.

• Ensure compliance with project management, schedule management, and time-tracking procedures.

• Independently lead services projects and effectively communicate results and deliverables to customers.

• Work collaboratively with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in social media strategy, professional services, software implementation, or project management within the SaaS industry.

• Proven experience training external audiences and navigating complex software platforms.

• Extensive knowledge of software implementation processes and change management strategies.

• Comprehension of how project execution directly correlates with customer value.

• Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

• Understanding of social media strategy for large organizations.

• Knowledge of influencer marketing and social customer care practices.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Proven executive presence for consulting with team leaders, VPs, and CMOs.
