This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with Advisory consultants to enhance performance in healthcare systems.
• Execute billable client tasks and take the lead or participate in engagement workstreams.
• Assess client needs based on engagement statements of work.
• Oversee, finalize, and ensure quality assurance for data analyses.
• Analyze findings, formulate initial recommendations, and create potential solutions.
• Craft deliverables and presentation materials tailored for diverse audiences.
• Identify and address risks and issues proactively.
• Manage the economics of workstreams, including budgets, expenses, and project activities.
• Engage in client interviews, analytics, hypothesis generation, and the implementation of recommended improvements.
• Construct and maintain dynamic, interactive data models utilizing Premier and client data.
• Spearhead process standardization and automation of client deliverables and internal tools.
• Troubleshoot Tableau workbooks, SQL scripts, and Excel analyses as needed.
• Contribute to practice development, learn Premier technologies, explore sales opportunities, and undergo required training.
• Maintain utilization targets and generate value through client interactions, analytics, insights, and team engagement.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• Proficient in coordinating and delivering effective verbal and written presentations to client audiences.
• Capable of conducting analyses and supervising and mentoring team members in producing client deliverables.
• Skilled at relating to clients and team members in an effective and collaborative manner.
• Proven ability to lead work groups towards successful outcomes.
• Knowledge of Lean Process Improvement; Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification preferred.
• Experience in Health Systems Finance, Operations, Operational or Strategic Consulting, Strategic Planning or Decision Support Analytics.
• Familiarity with analyzing complex healthcare data sets and creating visualizations and presentations for data-driven recommendations.
• Competence in qualitative and quantitative data validation and analysis.
• Background in developing new methodologies and strategic problem-solving.
• Ability to remain stationary for extended periods.
• Flexibility to adapt, change priorities swiftly, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficient in operating computer programs and software.
• Effective communication skills both in person and electronically.
• Capacity to make independent decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in close quarters with peers while managing interruptions.
