Workday Consultant, Workday Benefits or Advanced Comp Certified

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Ensure the prompt and high-quality delivery of client outcomes for Workday projects.

• Advise clients on the implementation of Workday Benefits or Advanced Compensation projects.

• Lead or take part in all phases of the project lifecycle, which includes discovery, planning, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

• Manage medium to large client deliverables from inception to completion across several simultaneous projects.

• Oversee work in accordance with project scope, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

• Offer subject matter expertise, alternatives, and suggested solutions to clients.

• Communicate lessons learned, Workday best practices, and Strada’s perspective to clients.

• Guide and mentor less experienced team members and review their outputs.

• Participate in client sales meetings as a subject matter expert.

• Contribute to internal business initiatives, domain groups, discussions, training sessions, and Workday ecosystem product groups.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Mathematics, Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 3 to 7 plus years of consulting experience in implementing Financial systems such as Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft, Oracle E-Business, ADP, Ultipro, or other SaaS solutions.

• Proficiency in converting business process requirements into system configurations.

• Strong skills in facilitation and presentation.

• Capability to be actively and effectively engaged in multiple concurrent projects.

• Competence in prioritizing conflicting demands and requesting resources when necessary.

• High attention to detail with the ability to resolve complex issues and thoroughly test solutions.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

• Current certification in Workday Benefits or Advanced Compensation, or PRO certification is required; one or both modules must be held for consideration.

• Workday Certification is mandatory, along with successful ongoing re-certification.

• Current and future work authorization in the country of application without visa sponsorship from Strada.

• EAD and F1 visa holders will not be considered.
