Functional Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Manage and administer Atlassian products while assisting clients with their implementation to enhance business processes.

• Provide scheduled on-call support during off-hours and address service outage incidents to fulfill contracted SLAs.

• Engage in process improvement initiatives across the team and organization to identify, create, and deliver services and solutions that enhance client satisfaction.

• Obtain Atlassian certification by successfully passing two Atlassian Certified Professional exams and maintain certifications by earning additional Atlassian Pro Skills badges.

• Assist the Sales team with proposals, renewals, and quarterly business reviews for clients.

• Develop informative and engaging original marketing content related to the Atlassian ecosystem, including quarterly blog posts, white papers, and other requested materials.

• Offer hands-on support and guidance to multiple clients utilizing Atlassian tools to boost productivity and success.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a client service or help desk position.

• Preferred experience as a Jira administrator.

• Capacity to effectively manage time and expectations with internal resources and clients.

• Ability to handle multiple clients and issues at the same time.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for both technical and business operations audiences.

• Capability to analyze and interpret complex problems to deliver comprehensive solutions.

• Proficiency in administering Atlassian products and providing strategic guidance for long-term usage.

• Ability to advise clients on best practices, guidelines, and recommendations.

• Competence in executing essential functions to meet or exceed annually established individual success metrics.

• Willingness to work within the Isos culture and values.

• Must be prepared to undergo and successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing.

• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.

• On-Target Earnings range of $80,000–$95,000 combined, which includes base salary, bonus, and other incentives.
