This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to gain insights into their business needs and convert them into effective Workday solutions.

• Ensure system efficiency and adherence to industry best practices.

• Achieve high-quality execution and completion rates for all client engagements.

• Develop and/or implement robust change management strategies, which include communications, testing, and training programs.

• Foster positive and proactive communication with peers and colleagues, establishing strong relationships within and across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Workday HCM & Recruiting Certification is mandatory.

• At least 2 years of relevant Workday implementation experience in a client-facing capacity.

• Proficient in configuring one or more Workday HCM or Finance modules (e.g., Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent & Performance, Financial Management, Recruiting, etc.).

• Familiarity with all stages of the Workday implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment).

• Experience with Workday tools such as Report Writer, calculated fields, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and Core Connectors, along with a solid understanding of web services and the Workday security framework.

• A Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
