This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for high-complexity and high-visibility positions across IT, Engineering, Finance, HR, Legal, and Corporate Communications.
• Create and sustain high-quality talent pipelines utilizing advanced sourcing techniques.
• Guarantee an inclusive and equitable recruitment process while ensuring a positive candidate experience in compliance with Canadian accessibility and employment regulations.
• Offer insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitive environments.
• Lead negotiations on complex offers that are aligned with business requirements, equity considerations, and market conditions.
• Collaborate strategically with senior leadership and present data-informed recommendations on hiring tactics and talent supply.
• Shape compensation frameworks and recruitment strategies to attract top-tier candidates.
• Utilize Lean methodology in daily operations, achieve KPIs, and uphold data integrity.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives, apply best practices, and advocate for transformation within the talent acquisition domain.
• A post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of professional experience and education.
• Significant years of full-cycle recruitment experience, particularly in sourcing for Technology and/or Enabling Function roles (e.g., Finance, HR, Legal, IT).
• Proven expertise in sourcing, screening, managing intricate offers, and a solid understanding of immigration/export control requirements related to global talent mobility.
• Demonstrated success in navigating complex hiring processes within large, matrixed organizations.
• Proficient in modern recruitment technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Neuron, Tableau, and applicant tracking systems (e.g., Workday).
• Established ability to influence senior technical and business stakeholders.
• Strong strategic mindset capable of translating business objectives into effective talent strategies.
• Advanced skills in utilizing data and market analytics to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities, particularly focused on high-stakes, specialized positions.
• Comprehensive knowledge of current industry trends, market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks for technical and corporate professional roles.
• Self-motivated with a proven track record of devising innovative solutions for complex, high-priority hiring challenges.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada is required for this Canadian-based position.
