This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop and implement comprehensive hiring strategies for high-complexity and high-visibility positions in IT, Engineering, Finance, HR, Legal, and Corporate Communications.
• Create and sustain specialized talent pipelines utilizing advanced sourcing techniques.
• Ensure a fair and inclusive recruitment process, delivering a positive candidate experience that aligns with Canadian accessibility and employment standards.
• Provide senior leadership with data-informed recommendations regarding hiring strategies and talent supply.
• Influence compensation frameworks and recruitment methodologies.
• Lead negotiations for complex job offers.
• Act as a subject matter expert on market trends, talent availability, and competitive landscapes.
• Utilize Lean methodology in daily operations to achieve KPIs and ensure data integrity.
• Spearhead cross-functional projects, implement best practices, and advocate for change within talent acquisition.
• A post-secondary degree in a relevant discipline or an equivalent blend of professional experience and education.
• Significant experience in full-cycle recruitment, particularly in Technology and/or Enabling Function roles.
• Proficiency in sourcing, screening, managing complex offers, and understanding immigration/export control regulations related to global talent mobility.
• Experience navigating intricate hiring processes within large, matrixed organizations.
• Skilled in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Neuron, Tableau, and applicant tracking systems like Workday.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior technical and business leaders.
• Strong strategic thinker with the capability to translate business objectives into actionable talent strategies.
• Advanced skills in leveraging data and market analytics.
• Exceptional negotiation and closing abilities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and compensation benchmarks.
• Self-motivated with the capability to devise innovative solutions for complex, high-priority hiring challenges.
