Early Careers Recruitment Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies for Early Careers, focusing on graduate, intern, and apprenticeship programs.

• Collaborate with Hiring Managers and business leaders to identify hiring requirements, project future needs, and design selection methods.

• Develop and sustain proactive talent pipelines through universities, events, digital platforms, and targeted outreach initiatives.

• Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interviews, selection, offer management, and intern transitions.

• Utilize structured assessment techniques to fairly and consistently evaluate candidates.

• Ensure a high-quality, inclusive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment process.

• Act as the organization's representative at career fairs, university gatherings, and other external events.

• Leverage data and recruitment analytics to track pipeline health, enhance conversion rates, and guide hiring decisions.

• Work alongside Talent Attraction colleagues to manage assessment processes and candidate flow effectively.

• Support the ongoing improvement of Early Careers programs, including initiatives focused on equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) as well as process enhancements.

• Proven experience in delivering Early Careers, campus, or high-volume recruitment in a dynamic environment.

• Strong capability to establish trusted relationships with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders.

• Demonstrated success in sourcing, engaging, and converting early talent pipelines.

• Solid understanding of structured assessment and selection methodologies.

• Ability to handle multiple hiring programs concurrently with excellent prioritization skills.

• Confident communication skills, with the ability to influence and provide guidance to stakeholders.

• Proficiency in using recruitment systems, data, and reporting to inform decision-making.

• Strong dedication to inclusive hiring practices and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
