Recruiting Intern, Mandarin Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and source qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, university career portals, and other local recruitment resources.

• Review resumes and perform initial outreach to potential candidates.

• Present candidates to the organization, address general inquiries regarding job opportunities, and arrange interviews.

• Work closely with HR teams based in China and hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment needs and provide updates on the hiring process.

• Oversee and enhance Think Academy's U.S. Instagram account dedicated to employer branding.

• Strategize, produce, and share content that highlights the company culture, employee narratives, events, and career opportunities.

• Track audience interaction and contribute to enhancing the employer brand visibility in North America.

• Utilize Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar applications to generate basic graphic and video content.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently residing in the United States.

• Must possess legal authorization to work in the United States.

• A Bachelor's degree (or currently pursuing one) in Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Business, or a related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or headhunting is preferred.

• Experience in recruiting educators, tutors, or positions related to education is a plus.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the capability to work independently.

• Familiarity with the U.S. job market and recruitment methodologies.

• Active Instagram user with knowledge of content creation and social media engagement strategies.

• Basic proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, or similar creative design tools.

• Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating across U.S. and Beijing time zones.

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities.
