Senior Recruiter – Pharma R&D

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive intake meetings with hiring managers to clarify position specifications.

• Offer pertinent market insights and recommendations.

• Collaborate with internal teams and departments to create and implement recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.

• Assess candidate profiles against job requirements.

• Present strong candidate slates and establish talent pipelines.

• Maintain candidate engagement through timely updates on their progress.

• Work closely with hiring leaders to define offer details.

• Utilize market data and compensation guidelines to inform offer recommendations.

• Provide mentorship to recruiters and other team members.

• Serve as a brand ambassador for the client throughout the recruitment process.

• Ensure proactive and timely communication regarding search status.

• Offer consultative guidance and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Extensive recruiting experience, demonstrating success in a corporate, RPO, or agency environment.

• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools.

• Understanding of common Human Resources principles, practices, and metrics related to talent acquisition.

• 3-5 years of pharmaceutical Research and Development (R&D) recruitment experience is strongly preferred.

• Fluency in English is essential.

• Availability to work standard Monday to Friday during Central or Eastern time.
