Workday Consultant – AMS, post production

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Analyze, define, and document intricate business requirements and processes for the pertinent Workday functional area.

• Lead the design and review processes for both existing and new functionalities/configurations, collaborating with technical and functional resources, including management.

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects and tasks throughout the various stages of the Workday lifecycle, from identifying business needs to design and delivery.

• Offer guidance and thought leadership to address client needs, participating in all phases of the Workday lifecycle.

• Track task progress against established plans and communicate project issues and status updates to leadership.

• Build and maintain client relationships while relaying client feedback to leadership.

• Recommend enhancements and proactively tackle issues as they arise.

• Respond to inquiries by designated deadlines.

• Engage in training and development initiatives.

• Share lessons learned, Q&A, deliverables, best practices, and knowledge-sharing information within the internal knowledge management system.

• Oversee team members’ work, providing feedback and offering guidance or leadership as necessary.

• Complete assigned tasks within specified timelines and seek support or direction when needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, financial discipline, or a related field is required.

• 3 to 5 years of experience in implementing and/or configuring Workday Benefits, Compensation, Learning, or Talent.

• Prior experience with PeopleSoft, SAP, ADP, Oracle E-Business, Ultipro, or other SaaS software solutions is beneficial.

• Workday deployment and/or post-production experience is highly preferred.

• Previous consulting experience is desirable.

• Strong facilitation and presentation skills are essential.

• Experience in transforming business requirements into complex system configurations is necessary.

• Capability to be effectively and actively involved in multiple parallel projects.

• Strong time management and organizational skills are required.

• Ability to prioritize conflicting demands with minimal supervision.

• A strong work ethic is a must.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills are needed.

• Proficient to advanced MS Excel skills, including advanced formulas for data transformation, are essential.

• Willingness to travel up to 20% is required.

• Current and future work authorization in the employing country without visa sponsorship by Strada is necessary.
