This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate closely with clients to deploy Workday Benefits technology solutions tailored to their increasingly complex business environments.
• Provide top-notch Workday solutions across various industries, addressing clients’ evolving business needs.
• Define, create, and execute HR processes and structures that align with client business objectives, enhancing their experience and the value derived from Workday software.
• Engage actively in internal training sessions and seek opportunities to share skills and insights with colleagues within the organization.
• Lead a team of consultants, mentoring them in their Workday and professional development while managing escalations (Manager Level).
• Leverage Workday expertise to develop sales materials and define project scopes as required by the sales team (Senior/Principal Level).
• Workday Benefits Certification (Mandatory).
• A minimum of 1 year of experience implementing Workday Benefits configurations for clients of varying sizes and complexities (Mandatory).
• At least 1 year of experience in gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing Workday Benefits solutions based on customer specifications (Mandatory).
• Expertise in Benefits groups, plans, coverage levels, eligibility, business processes, open enrollment, Enrollment Data Conversion, and the Affordable Care Act (Mandatory).
• A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and fostering customer collaboration.
• Capability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to engage and collaborate effectively with clients and colleagues in a manner that builds confidence and trust.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to consider diverse perspectives on customer expectations.
• Willingness to travel 25-45% of the time.
