This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete technical execution of the 2026 Annual Performance Review process within Workday.

• Manage Workday configuration, maintain workflow integrity, ensure system readiness, and guarantee the technical success of the annual review cycle.

• Design, construct, and set up the annual performance review process in accordance with approved specifications.

• Validate the Workday review template, prompts, task flow, and system architecture.

• Convert planning requirements into actionable system tasks, milestones, and deliverables.

• Provide guidance to stakeholders regarding Workday functionalities, limitations, dependencies, risks, and trade-offs.

• Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Compensation teams, and cross-functional stakeholders on development, testing, readiness, and launch timelines.

• Configure and verify Workday workflows.

• Review employee data for readiness, accuracy, and integrity.

• Lead testing for Workday task flows and oversee broader user acceptance testing.

• Complete configuration and assist with launch setup, including dependencies related to compensation planning and budgeting.

• Present the template and process design to stakeholders and integrate their feedback.

• Manage issue identification, triage, resolution, and provide system support throughout the cycle.

• Proactively oversee launch and cycle-related risks, issues, and dependencies.

• Ensure that the process is properly configured, tested, and operationally prepared prior to launch.

• Document configuration decisions, risks, and changes in processes for delivery and handover.


⛳️ Requirements

• Significant hands-on experience with configuring and administering Workday, preferably in performance management, talent, or compensation-related areas.

• Proven experience in delivering or supporting complex annual performance review cycles within an HRIS or HR Technology environment.

• Capability to translate policy and business needs into effective system design and configuration choices.

• Knowledge of user experience, technical limitations, operational risks, and delivery schedules.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to data quality, testing, and system integrity.

• Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders across HR, HRBPs, Compensation, and technical teams.

• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a dynamic environment.

• Strong and confident communication skills, including the ability to articulate system design decisions, risks, and recommendations to non-technical audiences.

• Experience in testing, resolving issues, and providing launch support for time-sensitive HR processes.

• Willingness to accept a 6-month fixed-term employment arrangement.

• Preference for candidates based in the United States.

• Proficiency in the English language.
