Senior Founding Product Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop new product features from initial concept to full production.

• Collaborate closely with Product teams and customers to pinpoint high-impact challenges.

• Create comprehensive full-stack functionalities encompassing frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure.

• Quickly prototype and validate product concepts.

• Take full ownership of features from architecture through to deployment.

• Leverage customer feedback for rapid iterations.

• Establish scalable foundations without unnecessary complexity.

• Enhance developer experience, testing processes, and product reliability.

• Contribute to both product and technical strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering.

• A solid background in full-stack product engineering.

• Experience in developing products from early-stage ideas.

• Strong sense of product and empathy for customers.

• Capability to act swiftly while upholding engineering standards.

• Excellent communication skills and a sense of ownership.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Experience with AI/ML products is a plus.

• Familiarity with startup or scale-up environments is advantageous.

• Experience with TypeScript, React, Python, or similar technologies is beneficial.

• Experience in building products from 0 to 1 is a plus.

• U.S. work authorization status is required in the application.
