Workday Analyst – Financials, Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +3 more locations.

📋 Description

• Assist in the configuration, administration, and ongoing enhancement of Workday Financials and Projects.

• Act as a configuration expert for projects, accountable for building, unit testing, and deployment.

• Support daily tasks related to Workday tenant configuration.

• Aid in the upkeep of Workday PSA by executing configuration updates and conducting testing.

• Help manage routine security responsibilities such as user provisioning and updates to role assignments.

• Address standard end-user inquiries and escalate more complex issues to senior analysts.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.

• 1-2 years of experience with Workday, another HR/Finance system, or in a related business analysis capacity (internships and co-op positions are acceptable).

• Basic understanding of financial or project accounting principles.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively with guidance from senior team members.
