Workday Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Diagnose problems and provide effective solutions

• Oversee and audit Workday HCM systems

• Manage Workday security protocols

• Create and implement testing scripts

• Develop and update functional/user documentation

• Assess data for precision and comparisons

• Offer cross-departmental support to HR system users

• Serve as a liaison between end users, functional teams, and IT

• Engage in internal and external video meetings as required

• Work on-site at corporate or client locations as necessary

• Conduct computer-based desk tasks and related physical duties as needed

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is mandatory or equivalent education and progressively responsible experience

• Experience with Workday is essential

• Workday configuration experience is preferred but not mandatory

• HR experience and/or Support Desk experience is advantageous

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a functional analyst

• At least 1 year of experience in writing and executing test scripts

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel

• Experience with comments configuration and end-user production support is expected

• Participation in internal and external video meetings as necessary

• Capability to work on-site at corporate or client offices when required

• For positions that necessitate business travel/event attendance: ability to lift 25 lbs

• For roles requiring business travel/event attendance: valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record
