📋 Description

• Exhibit extensive knowledge of Workday's functionality, configuration, and industry best practices

• Provide proactive and relevant recommendations to optimize Workday configuration and enhance user experience

• Cultivate robust, trust-based relationships with clients

• Effectively oversee multiple clients by managing competing priorities

• Mentor and guide junior team members

⛳️ Requirements

• Workday certification in Core HCM; additional certifications in Workday are advantageous

• Over 3 years of relevant customer or partner experience

• More than 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM configuration

• Experience in managing system configuration, security, and business process design for HCM and Core Compensation

• Proficiency with Workday Report Writer, EIBs, and calculated fields

• Strong problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills
