Workday Advanced Compensation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Workday Compensation, which includes Workday Core Compensation, Workday Advanced Compensation, Workday HCM, Workday Advanced Security, Workday Reporting, Workday Calculated Fields, and Workday Integrations.

• Take charge of the annual compensation cycle independently, covering merit increases, bonuses, and compensation review processes within Workday.

• Configure and enhance compensation plans, eligibility criteria, guidelines, and business processes.

• Create intricate calculated fields, reports, dashboards, and security configurations to meet compensation and Total Rewards needs.

• Collaborate closely with PPG's senior Total Rewards leaders to comprehend our requirements and convert them into scalable Workday solutions.

• Diagnose and resolve complex system challenges, delivering effective and high-quality solutions.

• Ensure the accuracy of data, compliance, and a solid understanding of compensation governance and policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of hands-on experience with Workday Compensation and HCM at an expert level.

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end annual compensation cycles independently within Workday.

• 5+ years of experience in configuring annual compensation processes and providing continuous support.

• Proficient in English.
