This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Montana, +4 more states.
• Acts as the enterprise owner and strategic architect for the Adaptive Planning platform.
• Functions as a senior advisor and technology leader for Corporate and Operations FP&A and HR.
• Holds the responsibility for the Adaptive product vision and roadmap, ensuring the platform facilitates scalable financial, operational, and workforce planning.
• Collaborates closely with Finance and HR leadership to convert planning requirements into secure models, integrations, and reporting solutions.
• Responsible for bi-annual release adoption, AI strategy for Adaptive, OfficeConnect governance, integrations, security, and overall architectural integrity.
• Over 5 years of experience in FP&A systems, enterprise planning, or financial systems architecture.
• Workday Pro Adaptive Planning Certification.
• Significant hands-on experience with Workday Adaptive Planning as an architect, lead administrator, or consultant.
• Strong comprehension of enterprise financial modeling, forecasting, scenario planning, and workforce planning.
• Experience in owning planning platforms, including defining roadmaps, governance, and aligning stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and supporting integrations among planning, ERP, HCM, and payroll systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in IT or related fields.
