This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Operating under general guidance, provides engineering, sales, educational, and technical support to address inquiries from physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and field sales personnel regarding CRM products.
• Serves as a clinical liaison between the medical community and the business.
• Exhibits the capability to establish and maintain credible business relationships with customers and shares product expertise as needed.
• Delivers engineering, sales, education, and clinical assistance in response to field inquiries on an as-required basis.
• Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of all CRM products, along with associated product and technical insights, trends, and competitors.
• Develops, leads, and/or facilitates training sessions and programs on CRM products for healthcare professionals.
• Offers additional support to CRM Sales Representatives as required.
• Bachelor’s Degree or four years of relevant work experience in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2 years of proven successful sales or related business experience with demonstrated leadership, preferably within the medical device sector.
• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple projects while adhering to tight deadlines.
• Proficient in personal computer applications including MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to operate within a highly matrixed and geographically diverse business environment.
• Capable of collaborating within a team as well as working independently in a fast-paced, evolving setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information at various organizational levels.
• Skilled at multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines promptly.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills, along with a keen attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule for case coverage and client meetings after hours and on weekends.
• Competent in using Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools to manage sales and territory data.
• Ability to analyze and utilize sales data for effective territory and account management.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25-50% of the time, depending on territory geography.
