3rd Party Collections Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management and recovery of overdue debts on behalf of client organizations, utilizing effective communication and negotiation skills to achieve favorable results.

• Reach out to consumers about delinquent accounts on behalf of clients.

• Negotiate payment plans and address outstanding balances.

• Professionally manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.

• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies.

• Assess account histories to identify suitable collection strategies.

• Ensure the maintenance of precise and compliant account documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in third-party collections.

• Experience in Telco, Financial Services, Commercial, and/or Multi-Housing sectors is advantageous!

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving approach.

• Capacity to effectively manage multiple accounts.

• Bilingual skills in Spanish are a plus.
