This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Foster and manage executive relationships with enterprise health plan clients
• Develop frameworks for QBR and EBR that facilitate informed decision-making
• Standardize communication with clients, including agendas and governance processes
• Produce case studies linked to outcomes and return on investment
• Implement a consultative approach to account management
• Enhance alignment among executive stakeholders within client organizations
• Mentor teams to achieve enterprise-level client engagement
• Leadership experience at the VP, SVP, EVP, or Head level in client strategy
• Experience in enterprise account management or client services
• Demonstrated ability in managing executive stakeholders
• Developed scalable frameworks for QBR, EBR, or governance
• Produced client case studies that are connected to business outcomes
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
