National Accounts Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and execute strategies for designated National Accounts to enhance revenue growth.

• Oversee the lead relationship with each designated National Account.

• Negotiate and set joint objectives, priorities, strategies, and plans.

• Coordinate the implementation of objectives and work plans through the team.

• Increase revenue from existing accounts by executing components of the Weiler Value Package.

• Design and implement unique commercialization initiatives in collaboration with the Weiler Commercial Team.

• Adhere to the Weiler Leadership Behaviors and contribute to a High-Performance Culture.

• Maintain consistent communication throughout the organization at all levels.

• Achieve desired outcomes in alignment with the organizational strategy.

• Work closely with the Commercial Team to manage customer programs, RFPs, and key initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required.

• 8-10+ years of experience in commercial sales is preferred.

• Experience in Consumer Goods, Consumables - Commercial Construction, Oil & Gas, Welding, or Industrial Channels is advantageous.

• Strong skills in strategic planning and analysis.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

• Proficient in conflict management and maintaining composure.

• Strong planning and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Effective negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and active listening abilities.

• Organizational agility and a track record of getting things done.

• Financial and business management proficiency.

• Ability to meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals and objectives for the company.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
