📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive client engagements for global enterprise clients, managing everything from discovery and sheet modeling to security and OfficeConnect configurations.

• Utilize Workday Core Reporting, including Calculated Fields, Custom Reports, and EIBs, to integrate data into Adaptive models.

• Facilitate interactive sessions with clients, evaluate business requirements, and propose forward-thinking FP&A architectures.

• Review project deliverables and provide mentorship to consultants.

• Influence Kognitiv’s Workday Adaptive Planning practice by offering best-practice insights.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in Workday Adaptive Planning, encompassing implementations, AMS support, or leadership on the client side.

• Profound expertise in at least two fundamental areas: Sheet/Structure Modeling, OfficeConnect/Reporting, Adaptive Security, or Native/Power of One Integrations.

• Strong understanding of Workday custom reports and the integration of core financial/HCM data into Adaptive.

• Ability to independently manage multiple simultaneous client projects, phase X rollouts, and intricate post-production initiatives.

• Must possess work authorization in the country of application that does not currently or will not in the future require visa sponsorship.

• Candidates who are currently employed by a Kognitiv client or affiliated Kognitiv organization may not be eligible for consideration.
