Workbrain Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Offer production assistance, troubleshooting, incident resolution, and system improvements.

• Manage requirements collection, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), release upgrades, and deployment support.

• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, vendors, and global technical teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with Workbrain/Kronos or Workforce Management systems.

• Extensive knowledge of Workbrain/Kronos, Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Payroll integrations.

• Familiarity with requirements gathering, testing, UAT, release upgrades, and deployment support.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Essential skill: Workbrain.

• Desirable skills: Kronos, Scheduling.
