This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• The Warehouse Marketing Support (WMS) Manager will be tasked with enhancing the visibility of the Costco Auto Program at Costco Warehouses.
• This position involves establishing connections within assigned territories via a mix of virtual and onsite meetings.
• Independently oversee assigned territories and client relationships to boost program exposure and brand recognition.
• Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with client decision-makers while ensuring alignment with their goals and objectives.
• Deliver exceptional client service and demonstrate a consistent commitment to the long-term success of partnerships.
• Design and implement territory-specific marketing strategies to enhance program visibility and member engagement.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns to support new product introductions and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct research and field observations to monitor competitor activities, informing strategic recommendations.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively convey program value and the company vision.
• Independently manage and schedule all travel, including air and ground transportation.
• Travel to warehouse locations for at least 26 weeks annually to support program execution and client engagement.
• Oversee the complete execution of programs, ensuring material receipt, placement accuracy, vehicle display readiness, and necessary photo documentation.
• Ensure that all documentation, confirmations, surveys, and follow-up records are accurately completed and timely submitted.
• Identify and escalate execution risks or compliance gaps with clear context and suggested actions.
• Maintain consistent and precise program messaging across all interactions and presentations.
• Analyze and report key metrics, including individual, district, and regional data to support strategic decisions related to marketing, displays, and program education.
• Record all warehouse activities in the internal CRM system, including contacts, displays, visit evaluations, and communication notes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, dealerships, and warehouse leadership to ensure timely program execution and resolve field issues.
• Conduct both virtual and onsite educational presentations for managers and personnel.
• Work closely with your supervisor to ensure alignment on marketing trends, opportunities, and territory objectives.
• Engage directly with clients to assess their needs and propose value-added solutions that enhance program performance.
• Carry out all responsibilities with professionalism, attention to detail, and accountability in line with a client-facing field leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver’s license and the capability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the year (26+ weeks), which includes overnight, multi-state, and occasional international trips.
• Capable of independently planning and managing all travel logistics.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and writing skills, including confident delivery of onsite and virtual presentations.
• Strong active listening, objection handling, and multi-level communication skills.
• Proficient in employing effective active listening and questioning techniques to understand client needs and guide discussions.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management.
• Ability to formulate long-term strategies while achieving short-term goals.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision, and effective in team settings.
• Friendly, professional demeanor complemented by a positive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Comfortable with navigating virtual meeting platforms and related technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and ability to identify opportunities for increasing program awareness.
• Creative communicator able to translate analytical insights into compelling marketing strategies.
• Adaptable in fast-paced environments with changing priorities.
• Demonstrates curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and skill enhancement.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and external partners.
