This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Take ownership and lead the joint business and go-to-market (GTM) plan, ensuring prioritized investments that foster long-term growth and success.
• Serve as the leader for the Protivity business, accountable for achieving annual sales targets and the associated Global GTM strategy.
• Responsible for developing joint solutions that address key client challenges and target significant markets for both Palo Alto Networks and Protivity.
• Formulate and implement the portfolio sales strategy and overall GTM approach, concentrating on expanding net new business and large platformization opportunities.
• Conduct regular business reviews and deliver analysis regarding successes and challenges encountered.
• Ensuring the effectiveness of Protivity delivery teams in the field, backed by PANW professional services, support, and training teams, is crucial to success.
• Oversee sales initiatives typically centered around transformational engagements, crafting complex deals that align client requirements with joint PANW/Partner solutions.
• Manage interactions with PANW Services teams, Field Sales, Business Development, Legal, Contracting, HR, Recruiting, Marketing, and other internal departments.
• BA, BS, or MBA is preferred.
• Over 8 years of experience in GTM, Business Development, or General Management, operating a substantial partner business.
• In-depth understanding of Global Systems Integrator business models through direct experience with a GSI or managing GSI alliances.
• A robust network within Protivity would be advantageous.
• Experience in multiple countries, with the ability to adapt your approach and strategy according to different regions.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration within a matrixed environment.
• Familiarity with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Business Development.
• Awareness of industry trends in security products, competitive offerings, and a directional understanding of Palo Alto Networks’ roadmap and technology development initiatives.
• Knowledge of delivering comprehensive security solutions to the customer base.
