This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of deals from the contracting request stage to execution
• Approach each deal as a project, outlining clear next steps and dependencies
• Ensure deals progress through proactive follow-ups and aligning with stakeholders
• Identify potential blockers early and address or escalate them as needed
• Create and customize contracts utilizing approved templates (MSAs, SOWs, order forms, amendments)
• Compile comprehensive contract packages, including DPAs, security exhibits, and AI terms
• Review and address redlines using established fallback positions
• Collaborate closely with Sales to facilitate efficient deal progression
• Oversee customer procurement and onboarding requirements
• Maintain and enhance contracting decision frameworks and routing rules
• Manage contracting playbooks and progressively update fallback positions
• Experience in sell-side B2B contracting (preferred in SaaS, tech, or professional services)
• Substantial experience collaborating with Legal or within a contracts function
• Full ownership of commercial deals from initiation to signature
• Proficient in reviewing and negotiating contract redlines
• Strong ability to discern when to escalate issues versus making independent decisions
• Excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication
• Highly organized with a keen eye for detail
• Comfortable operating within AI-assisted workflows (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.)
